Printing Colour Mode:
- Kindly call us or email us if you need other sizes or quantities.
- We will contact you within 1 - 2 working days after receive you order.
- Prices listed are general guide and subjected to change. Additional surcharges or discount may apply.
- Charges are by printed page, 2-sided printing will be charged as 2 printed pages.
- Prices stated only for printing cost, additional charge may apply if additional services required (stapling, folding, lamination...). Please refer to our product lists for other additional services you need.
- Depending on the paper, there are cases where additional charges may apply. Please ask for further clarification.
- We are unable to copy bank notes, stocks and bonds, NRIC and passport or other copyright materials.
Accepted File Format:
- We accept AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG & PNG format files.
- Make sure your artwork size is at scale 1:1 according to dimensions specified in this page.
- For non-vector artwork (example:JPG, TIFF, PNG) files, please make sure your pictures are at least 150dpi, with 300dpi preferred, to avoid blurriness/pixellation.
Customer’s Provided materials:
- We will do a test print on your provided materials before we proceed the print job.
- Kindly provide at least 10% extra materials.
- We will not be able to compensate on the material if there is any error or damage due to paper jam during the printing.
- We unable to compensate on the provided original materials if any error when doing mounting or laminating. (Thinner or crumple material will get higher risk of damage.
Printing Colour Mode:
- All file provided need to be in CMYK mode.
- We don’t do colour adjustment. If necessary, kindly provide working file for us.
- Print out colour will be 10% - 15% different with the screen preview colour, different material will also affect the outcome of colour.
